Riverlinks will partner with the Australian National Piano Awards Committee to present Playing for Pleasure – a special concert recital that will showcase our region’s finest pianists.
Local performing artists, music teachers and students have been involved in previous years, including local medical students who share an interest and passion in pianoforte performance.
The Playing for Pleasure concert was first conceived when the Eastbank Steinway grand piano was purchased in 2004. An initiative was made by Greater Shepparton City Council to help utilise the community’s new magnificent grand piano by holding concerts for Shepparton audiences.
Entry is by gold coin donation and no bookings are required.
