The Box Office is currently closed for face-to face-bookings. Tickets can still be purchased via phone and online bookings. As further information comes to hand regarding the status of individual shows, Riverlinks will provide updates on social media and here on our website. 

The Encore Café is for takeaway and seated service from 8.15am - 3.00pm.

When visiting any of the Riverlinks Venues or Encore Café visitors must check in upon entry via QR code through the Service Victoria app. Customers may be asked for ID proof of residency as a condition of entry.

Per the Victorian State guidelines masks must be worn at all times inside venues and outside.

Please take the time to read the article below to stay informed on what is expected in our venues. Please follow the government advice:

  • Wash or sanitise your hands regularly.
  • Keep a physical distance of 1.5m from others. 
  • Download the Service Victoria app and check in via QR code upon entry 

During this time, as we return to performances, there may be fewer patrons in the audience, with allocated seating. We do require patrons to sit in the seats they've been assigned.

Please make sure you arrive at the theatre with ample time to find your seats. Our auditorium may open earlier for performances to make sure you have time to make your way through the building safely. Both entry and exit from the auditorium may be staggered to reduce congestion at entrances. Our staff will inform you of details if this is the case.

We have placed hand sanitiser stations throughout the venue and encourage patrons to use them regularly. Our team is also cleaning the venue before, during and after events and performances.

Contact details will be taken at the time of booking. When entering the venue, you will be required to scan and fill out the QR code through the Services Victoria app - available on the App Store and Google Play. We recommend downloading this prior to your visit.

If you are experiencing cold or flu like symptoms or have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19. you should stay home and get tested.
